- NEW: You can now check whether a new version is available. Just select Help->Check for upgrade.
- IMPROVEMENT: Thumbnails are displayed in the progress window when you add photos
to the Photo Index.
- IMPROVEMENT: Thumbnails of photos in the TO_BE_DESCRIBED category are marked
with a small red dot on the frame. This is to make it easier to see which
photos you have annotated.
- BUGFIX: If you have long path names for your image files, PhotoArchiver could
loose track of which photos have been added to the index. This has been fixed.
If you have this problem, please reorganize your Photo Index.
- BUGFIX: If you added photos from a removable device (CD), PhotoArchiver would
sometimes skip the import of the photos. This only happened if you had already
added some photos from this CD and tried to add some more. This has been fixed.
- BUGFIX: The description would be hidden behind the photo if the description
was very long. This has been fixed.

- NEW: Filtered picklist added for fields 'Where' and 'Event'. You can
now search among your old places and events and don't have to type it in
each time.

- NEW: New search form added. This allows you to search for photos within
a certain date interval and a certain quality.

'2000 -joe' will return all photos from 2000 where joe is not present.

before the program was restarted. This has been fixed.
- BUGFIX: The description field would wrap to the next line of a CSV export file
if you had entered a <CTRL>-RETURN in the text. This has been fixed.
- BUGFIX: Certain combinations function keys after doing a search that found
no photos would crash the program.
- BUGFIX: If default flag was checked for a User Defined Field, the field would
get the value of the last viewed photo before the import. Fixed.
- BUGFIX: Some version combinations of Microsoft Windows(R)/Adobe Photoshop(R)
world give an error when saving a photo if Photoshop was started from
BR's PhotoArchiver. This has been fixed.

Some changes have been done in the data file format. BR's PhotoArchiver
will upgrade to the new file format automatically, but you should make
certain you have a backup of your data files before running version 3.3.0.
- the picture description form has been improved so you can now
save the text for the current picture and advance to editing
next picture in one operation.
- it is now easier to add/remove categories for many photos in
one operation by using the right mouse button.
- adding photos, editing, and delete will now work in a
multiuser environment where several users share the same Photo
Index in a network.
- several changes have been done to the data structures to make
it easier to implement future extentions.
- the photoarchiver.ini in the \Windows directory has been removed
and setup data are now placed in the Registry in the path
